BLANCO is implementing a systematic and holistic approach to ESG management based on a comprehensive sustainability strategy. Its framework is operationally embedded throughout the company and covers three main fields of action: Environment, Social and Governance. Together with the companies of the BLANC & FISCHER Group, BLANCO is taking on a pioneering role among non-listed companies in Germany. The sustainability strategy provides a clear structure for promoting ESG topics in all their dimensions and integrating them into ongoing operations. For each of the three interconnected ESG areas, the strategy defines specific focus topics relevant to BLANCO. These are supported by clear ambition levels, targets and measures. This enables the company to align its business activities in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.
