1. Your Order:

• Choose your desired product: Simply order our practical REFILL CO₂ CYLINDER SET OF 4.
• Deposit and refund: A deposit of £60.00 per set will be charged for your order. This will be refunded to you immediately as soon as we have received and checked your four empty original BLANCO CO₂ cylinders.

2. Shipping and returns:

• Fast delivery: Your new CO₂ refill set will be delivered to you in the shortest possible time.
• Free return label: As soon as your new set has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link that you can use to create your free return label. Print out the label and affix it to the package in a prominent place.
• Practical packaging: Place your empty CO₂ cylinders safely in the box of your new set.
• Shipping: Please leave the package well sealed at your nearest post office. Please allow up to 3 working days for postal delivery.

3. Refund:

• Notification: You will receive an email from us as soon as we have received your return package with your four empty CO₂ cylinders and have started processing it.
• Fast processing: As soon as the check is completed, we will immediately arrange for your deposit to be refunded. The duration of the refund depends on your chosen payment method and your financial institution. It usually takes between 2 and 8 working days.

Important note: The refund of the deposit is only possible if all four original BLANCO CO₂ cylinders included in the set are returned in full. A partial refund for an incomplete return is excluded. Individual CO₂ cylinders sent back separately are therefore only relevant for the deposit refund if the full set is returned. Return shipping costs will only be covered once per CO₂ refill set.
